We proudly back each of our puppies with a comprehensive Health Guarantee to give you peace of mind as your new best friend joins your family.

✅ What’s Covered

1-Year Genetic Health Guarantee
We guarantee your puppy to be free from life-threatening hereditary and congenital health conditions for one (1) full year from the date of delivery. This includes:

  • Hip Dysplasia (moderate to severe)

  • Elbow Dysplasia

  • Congenital heart defects

  • Inherited vision impairments (e.g., PRA)

  • Degenerative Myelopathy

If a licensed veterinarian diagnoses a qualifying genetic condition within this timeframe, we will:

  • Provide a replacement puppy of equal value from the next available litter
    OR

  • Offer a partial refund, depending on the circumstance

All claims must be supported by two independent veterinary reports and submitted in writing.

🐾 Our Puppy Health Standards

Every VonnJames Rottweiler puppy:

  • Is examined by a licensed veterinarian prior to leaving our home

  • Comes with a Certificate of Health

  • Is up-to-date on age-appropriate vaccinations and deworming

  • Is socialized with both humans and littermates

  • Is raised in a clean, loving, and stimulating environment

  • Comes with lifetime breeder support

We do not cut corners—our puppies receive early neurological stimulation (ENS), top-tier nutrition, and a customized vaccination/deworming protocol designed in consultation with our vet.

📋 What We Expect From You

To maintain this guarantee, buyers must:

  • Have their puppy examined by a licensed veterinarian within 72 hours of delivery

  • Keep up with regular vet visits, vaccines, and deworming

  • Provide a safe, healthy, and nurturing environment

  • Feed a high-quality diet as recommended

  • Avoid strenuous exercise during growth stages (especially under 12 months)

This guarantee does not cover:

  • Illnesses resulting from neglect, trauma, or improper care

  • Parasites (which are common and treatable in puppies)

  • Non-life-threatening cosmetic issues (e.g., hernias, underbites)

  • Reactions to vaccines, or accidental injuries
